From May 17-19, 2018, Dr. Marcos Daniel Gonzalez, pioneer of Immediate Loading Strategic Implantology in Colombia and Latin America, organized a Masterclass Session of the International Implant Foundation (IF), with the support of the implant house Ihde Dental Switzerland, the Ibero-American Society of Strategic Implantology (SIESI) and Armon\u00eda Dento Facial Educaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica. The event counted with the attendance and participation of the Professor in Immediate Loading of the IF, Fodor Romulus Calin, who holds the title of Masterclass in Immediate Loading of the International Implant Foundation. During the 3 days of the event, the agenda included lectures, theoretical and practical exercises, surgeries, resolution of cases and conclusions based on the participation of the attendees in the interventions and demonstrations with the immediately loaded implants of Ihde Dental. On the first day, Dr. Calin’s lectures were an introduction to Cortico-Basal and Bone Understanding Strategic Implantology and demonstrations on the selection of the correct design of immediately loaded implants for each clinical situation, with this foundation the specialist could learn about the strategic positioning of implants for a functional immediate loading. Dr. Daniel Gonzalez performed the complete case of 2 jaws and took impressions for hybrid prosthesis. On the second day, Dr. Gonzalez performed another intervention, this time of segments and made impressions for fixed prosthesis with ceramic metal. Parallel to this, Professor Calin continued with the lectures to explain the step by step and the details of the procedure performed.
